San Francisco Itinerary: Babies and Toddlers

San Francisco Itinerary: Babies and Toddlers

This itinerary will work well for children under 5. It’s based around open areas for kids to run and awesome playgrounds and assumes your kid takes an afternoon nap. Feel free to adjust it to how long you are staying. I put the most essential tourist stops in the first three days.

For other ages, see our itinerary for elementary school aged kids and teens/adults (12-18). Also make sure to check out our San Francisco With Kids: What to Know Before You Go to see if any activities require advance booking. Our Arrival in San Francisco post will cover information on any metro passes you may need to get.
